Service Requests
Service requests by tenants will be attended to only upon application to the Building Management office via Workspeed or by contacting the Building Management Office. Building employees shall not be required to perform and shall not be requested by any tenant or occupant to perform, any work outside of their regular duties, unless under specific instructions from the Building Management Office.
Costs for building services are as follows:

| Cleaning: | $50.00/hr |
| Freight Elevator Service: | $50.00/hr |
| Security: | $50.00/hr |
| Keys: | $6.00 per key |
| Photo ID Badges/Parking | $25.00/$10.00 (See Applicable section) |
| Overtime HVAC: | $185.00/hr **or as indicated in Lease |
| Overtime HVAC: | Sundays and Holidays-8hr Minimum at $185.00/hr **or as indicated in Lease |
| Lights: | Material plus labor minimum ½ hour labor |
| Fire Alarm Disarm: | $185.00/day/project |
| Sprinkler System Drain Down: | $185.00/day/project |
| Extra Recycling/per bin: | $25.00/bin |
| 12 Yard Container: | Current rate charged by Building Carting Vendor & Recycling + admin fee |
| 20 Yard Container: | Current rate charged by Building Carting Vendor & Recycling + admin fee |
| 30 Yard Container: | Current rate charged by Building Carting Vendor & Recycling + admin fee |
